PREMIUM CONCIERGE BUILD MANAGEMENT
$4,999 per month, FULL REPRESENTATION
Ideal for full home renovations, large home builds, or to have a full hands-on protection for investment. More for builds by General Contractors. Included for duration of the project, all in the weekly basic oversight, PLUS;
Budget tracking and cost reviews

I. HOURLY BASED- As needed basis - No contract required.
A. Homes or apartments less than 3500 sqft
$145 per hour, for projects located in Marco Island, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs.
B. Homes or apartments more than 3500 sqft
$195 per hour, for projects located in Marco Island, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs.
C. Homes or apartments - NOT local.
$295 per hour, For projects NOT located in Marco Island, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs.
Includes Miami, Palm Beach, New York, and Panama Central America.
II. PERCENTAGE BASED - project based - Full time Owner Representative where contract and retainer are required.
A. Homes or apartments LESS than 3500 sqft
9% of all contracts, vendors, or consultants managed by BOCM.
Best value if Construction project budget is over $2mm.
B. Homes or apartments MORE than 3500 sqft
11% of all contracts, vendors, or consultants managed by BOCM.
C. Homes or apartments out of state or out of country,
14% of all contracts, vendors, or consultants managed by BOCM.
